bookable meeting rooms:
Purple Room - Hire Rate £12 per hour
approx. 8m x 4m with audio/visual capability
plasma screen for laptop hook-up.
Flip chart and pens available
Suitable for a variety of activities e.g. board
room style meetings,
small conferences (up to 25 people), childrens’
group activities.
Green Room
- Hire Rate £8 per hour
approx 4m x 4m
Suitable for smaller groups e.g. one-to-one
counselling,
small group meetings.
Downstairs Room - Hire Rate £8 per hour
approx 4m x 4m. is the same as the green room in
terms of its capability.
Café Area - Hire
Rate £20 per hour
The following catering options are available in
conjunction with room hire
Tea/Coffee
£1.20 per person per serving
Tea/Coffee & Biscuits
£1.50 per person per serving
Corporate Lunches
Soup and sandwich, coffee/tea and cakes £5 per
head
Soup and sandwich, coffee/tea £4 per head
Sandwiches, coffee/tea and cakes £4 per head
Sandwiches,
coffee/tea £3.10 per head
Lunch can also be ordered from the regular café menu
